10 years ago I was deep inside BFSI operations — managing reconciliation workflows, processing financial data, and watching the same bottlenecks repeat themselves every quarter.
The data existed. The decisions did not. Because nobody could trust what they were reading.
That frustration pushed me toward product. I did not just want to flag the problems — I wanted to build the platforms that solved them. The shift from operations to PM was not a pivot. It was the same problem seen from a different angle.
Today I own the full product lifecycle for a finance and risk platform used by 150+ stakeholders across NA, EMEA, and APAC. I have reduced manual effort by ~35%, cut post-release defects by ~25%, and designed a 5-agent multi-agent automation system that reduced resolution time by ~70%.
10 years of BFSI domain expertise means I can sit in a room with compliance, risk, and engineering and translate between all three. That is rare. That is the value.
